You’ll learn to spot the critical decision bottlenecks founders typically face but don’t know to prepare for, how to take the right calls when you get there, and how to move faster towards your first manufactured batch without wasting time and money.
This is a hands-on immersive workshop with lot of show-and-tell — real briefs, packaging samples, and formulator conversations broken down for you — so you see how it actually works, not just what it looks like in theory.
In the end, every founder going through this workshop will be able to write a detailed product brief for their idea, know what to ask (and challenge) formulators on, spot manufacturer red flags, and get clarity on the steps needed to take their first batch to production.
