Why we exist?
We didn't start BF Labs to give you more information...there's enough of it out there already.
We started it because we kept having the same conversation. With founder friends. With founder clients. With people who had genuinely strong product ideas and were still getting it wrong.
Not because they hadn't done the research. Because they didn't know what to do with what they found.
In beauty, especially early stages, you can research things. Ask the right people. Get decent answers. And still walk into a manufacturer meeting and make a decision that costs you six months and a reformulation cycle.
The gap isn't information. It's judgment.
Knowing which question to ask, when to ask it, and what the answer actually means for your specific product vision.
That's what BF Labs is for.

A note from founders
Hi! We're Neha & Jui. Founders of Beauty Foundry Labs.
Neha has spent 19+ years inside manufacturing. Briefing rooms, stability labs, compliance reviews. She watched founders come in with genuinely good ideas and leave with gaps they didn't know they had. The knowledge that would have helped them was sitting inside the system — in labs, in factories, in the heads of people on the other side of the table.
She decided to stop keeping it there.
Jui built a beauty tech startup, rooted deep in products and deep in the industry and made nearly every mistake in the founder handbook. Not for lack of trying. For lack of finding someone who'd been inside the process and could tell her what she was actually looking at before she spent the money.
She wanted to help the next founder skip that part.
BF Labs is what we built when we found each other.
