How does the payment work?

Every workshop has the full course fee mentioned next to it. You do not need to pay the entire amount immediately.
To reserve your spot, you can pay a seat confirmation fee of INR 500. This confirms your place in the upcoming batch.
Once the batch date and venue are finalized, we will ask you to complete the remaining course fee payment. The INR 500 already paid will be adjusted against the total fee, and you will only need to pay the balance amount.
Please note: INR 500 is only a seat confirmation fee and not the full workshop fee.

Why do I have to pay INR 500 to reserve my seat?

We run our courses in limited-size batches and confirm seats on a first-come basis. The INR 500 is a seat confirmation amount that secures your spot and will be fully adjusted against your final course fee. The total course fee is mentioned alongside each course.

Question 4

Is the workshop fee refundable?

Accepted Answer

The INR 500 seat confirmation fee and the full workshop fee are completely refundable in case the batch does not get confirmed from our end.

However, if your seat is confirmed and you are unable to attend the scheduled batch, we will not be able to process a refund. We can, however, transfer your seat to the next available batch so you don’t miss out on the workshop

Is BF Labs affiliated with any manufacturer or supplier?

No. BF Labs is not associated with any particular manufacturer or supplier. However the experts conducting the workshops are industry insiders with networks built over years, and are happy to give recommendations if needed.

Why are there only a few experts?

Each workshop is designed around a specific topic.  We’re currently running two introductory sessions, both led by Neha Kundarap.
As we expand, we’ll be bringing in additional experts across specific topics.

Why are workshops only offline?

These sessions are designed to be hands-on, with show-and-tell and real examples that are best experienced in person. Our current workshops, led by Neha Kundarap, are built around this format.
We’ve had a lot of queries for going online, and are working on an online version.

Why are offline workshops only in Mumbai and Pune?

Accepted Answer

We’re starting where we’re based, to keep the workshops focused and hands-on. As we gain traction, we’ll expand to more cities.
