OUR STORY
We started it because we kept having the same conversations.
With founder friends. With founder clients.
They had done their research. They had genuinely strong product ideas and were still getting it wrong.
Because information isn't the hard part. Knowing what to do with it is - which question to ask. When to ask it. Which answer matters. And what it all means for your product.
That's the gap we kept coming back to.
Neha has spent 19+ years across formulation, manufacturing, regulation and compliance.
She's seen what happens when founders and product teams get overwhelmed and good ideas get complicated, delayed, or reworked because of decisions made wrongly.
Jui comes at it from the founder side.
She built a beauty-tech startup and made nearly every mistake in the founder handbook. She didn't have someone who could tell her what was right or wrong before she spent money building her product.
BF Labs is what we built when we found each other.
